I spent months working 12 hour days cleaning floors and taking wallpaper down with the baby on my back and the others crawling in the playpen. Ha! I wished to be both a mom and also a successful business owner. Growing Days just seemed to be the right fit. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora became our fourth daughter. I adored where my business was heading but I needed a break. I decided to slow down and spend some time at home, with my children. It was time. After a couple of months, my phone started to start to. People contacted me asking to assist them in the interior design and renovations of their home. These were mostly customers who visited my house for furniture. It didn't seem long until I managed a large-scale house renovation business. It began with taking clients with a speed I could be confident in. If you'd have said to me that this company that I started would become the premise of a tv show that airs on the DIY Network I probably would have laughed. Actually I still kind of amused when I think of it.
